The emphasis is on solving the problem rather than maximising consultancy time. Engagements are fixed-scope wherever practical, with clear outputs and a defined end point.

A smaller diagnostic when you can see the symptoms but not the root cause. Focused discovery identifies whether the main problem sits in roles, workflow, systems, external partners or the way decisions are made.
For a specific workflow, team, department or growth problem that does not fit one of the standard packages. Scope and outputs are agreed before work begins so the engagement remains bounded and outcome-led.
An objective review of a proposed structure, process or systems change to identify unclear ownership, weak hand-offs, duplicated activity or practical gaps before the change becomes embedded.
I am comfortable working under NDA and do not sell software, managed services or implementation work. Recommendations stay focused on the business problem, the operating reality and the organisation's real constraints.
Commercial clarity
Package prices are quoted as a fixed fee for an agreed scope rather than an open-ended day-rate engagement. The indicative prices shown on the Services page are starting points based on the size of the team, number of workflows or departments involved and the outputs required.
If the scope is larger or smaller, the engagement is adjusted before work starts. Reducing scope is preferable to reducing quality: a focused diagnostic is often the right first step when the underlying problem is not yet clear.
Consultancy effort and elapsed duration are treated separately. A compact piece of work may run across two or three calendar weeks so discovery, workshops, review and leadership decisions can fit around the normal working week.
